First Experiment:

This video here shows the final product of Jess teaching me 2 counts of 8 worth of choreography to test with my eyes closed, only focusing on direction of voice and touch.
I just wanted to share my experience of this and how I felt throughout this process.

In terms of direction, Jess was very clearly indicating what the movement should look like and how she created it. I felt that Jess' touch was more significant when she was teaching me as I could remember her touch more than her directions verbally.

Jess was also very clear on facing and texture of the movements, i.e dynamics and speed as she spoke the counts out loud for me.

This exercise was being experimented due to wanting to see how easy/hard it was to learn material without sight. This was tested when our group were leaning towards the idea of a more educational purpose, however our ideas have shifted towards a final product choreographed by the idea of obscured sight and a keener focus of our other senses.
